Customer service were very helpful

This cat drinking fountain has been the ONLY one that our cats will reliably drink out of. We have tried others, and the cats just ignore them. At first, I wasn't sure about getting yet another fountain, since we had tried others, but I loved the idea of the pumpless fountain, and the fact that it is so easy to clean. The best part is the motion-activated flow, so it isn't running 100% of the time--it just starts up when a cat approaches it (or when we walk by, which sometimes reminds the cats to have a drink!). Most of all, customer service has been fantastic, from our original order until now, many sets of replacement filters later. They have been incredibly responsive when we have questions or concerns, and very friendly and helpful. Most cats need to drink more water to stay healthy, and this is a great way to get them to do so!

Great fountain that keeps my cat hydrated! The Elfin water fountain has worked great! My cat seems much more interested in drinking water from it, which is a huge plus. The built-in battery is another great feature because it gives me peace of mind knowing my cat can still access water even if the power goes out or the fountain gets unplugged. Overall, it's convenient, reliable, and well worth it for keeping my cat hydrated. Definitely recommend it!

The team at cheerble are incredible. 5 star customer service especially Sammy. Their products are amazing and a staple in my house, they genuinely make my cat very happy and hydrated. I would recommend them to anyone.

these fountains are bar none they are extremely easy to clean and they keep the water clean and they're easy to maintain this is my go to fountain 100%

Our two cats liked the first one so much that we bought a second. When one container cracked, Cheerble sent us a complete replacement unit (not just the broken part, the whole thing). Quick, painless, no runaround. Great product, better support. Five stars, easily.
