Refused to seat us at a window table.
I've never been to cheddars. We go in and ask for a table next to the window. The receptionist takes us to the back of the bar area, next to the bathroom. I politely say again, "no, can we get a table by the window?" And, by the way, they had plenty of open tables by the windows. She says they have bigger tables in the restaurant section. Well, okay. Not sure what that has to do with it but...lead on. We go to the restaurant side and we get a table away from the window. Apparently, I'm not making myself clear. "No, this is not next to the window."
She responds, "we don't have anyone working that station." Then she turns and walks away.
I'm ready to leave but the woman with me doesn't want to go. She says the food is great.
Errrrrr. Alright. The things I do to satisfy her. We stay and get our food.
The food was okay (kind of average) and the waitress was nice, but I don't understand why a waitress can't service a table by the window. It's an extra 4 steps! This is a failure of management. I won't return.

I waited over 40 minutes for a burger…
I waited over 40 minutes for a burger and left hungry. The waitresses took forever to bring our waters and then ages to return to take our orders.
Everything took too long - even the kids orders which we put in as we sat down. Then she brought me the wrong burger. I told her I couldn't eat bacon and she just claimed she put in the right order.
Then she said how about some extra free honey covered buns - and proceeded to never bring them.
After that I watched everyone else eat for 25 minutes before giving up and cancelling my order.
The booth seats here had hard wooden boards instead of cushions and both my 9 year old and 5 year old cracked the back of their skulls on the headrests to add injury to insult.
As far as dining experiences go - this was a complete bust. Please head elsewhere if you'd like actual food with your meal.

I’ve been going to Cheddars in Tulsa
I’ve been going to Cheddars in Tulsa, since 2014. It used to be great. The last 2 times have been absolutely, terrible. The ribeye steak was overcooked and tasted old. Got credited for the meal. Not sure if I’ll go back.

Awful experience
Rated this one star only because I can’t not choose zero but this visit was extremely disappointing from start to finish.
Our server made us feel rushed the entire meal, as though she wanted us to hurry up and leave instead of enjoying our dinner. She also tried charging my friend for food she never received. My friend had ordered a salad, but it wasn’t brought out until after our entrées arrived, and only because she had to remind the server about it.
At the end of the meal, we ordered two desserts to go. When our check came, only one dessert was listed. When we asked about the second one, the server claimed she never heard us order it. The cheesecake we did receive looked like it had simply been thrown into the container, and the strawberry sauce that normally comes with it was completely missing.
Between the rushed service, forgotten items, attempted incorrect charge, and poorly prepared dessert, this was one of the worst experiences I’ve had at Cheddar’s. It was clear that attention to detail and customer service were lacking throughout our visit. I hope management addresses these issues so future guests receive the level of service they expect.

Bad Customer Service by Management
I am writing to formally complain about Restaurant Manager Danielle at the North Ftw Cheaders located off Sage Meadows. I ordered a takeout Dijon Chicken and Rice with Mushrooms, along with two side dishes. Unfortunately, my meal lacked sufficient Dijon Sauce, which contained two chicken breasts. The provided sauce was inadequate; I requested a container of extra sauce to supplement my meal. However, the container was insufficient to cover even one chicken breast. I was quite disappointed by this. Consequently, I called the restaurant the following day to request additional containers of Dijon Mustard Sauce. After driving approximately 10 to 15 minutes to pick up these condiments from the takeout station, a young lady, with her Manager, came out to speak with me regarding my complaint. She inquired why I did not call earlier that evening. I explained that I had ordered the meal last night just before closing. She returned with two small containers of Dijon Mustard Sauce, both nearly half empty. I combined the contents of these containers, but they still failed to adequately cover my entire meal. Considering current gas prices, I found it to be an unnecessary waste of my time to return to the restaurant for this purpose. As a result, I have decided that I will no longer order a Dijon Chicken Meal for takeout. I believe the Manager should have ensured my satisfaction and that my time was well spent in returning to the establishment. Such conduct does not reflect good customer service.
