I’m not sure why everyone dis’s cheddars. Our local Cheddars has decent food at affordable prices. It’s not a high end restaurant folks, so cut them some slack or go to a more expensive place. I see lots of complaints about the wait times but restaurants are short handed right now.

I've never been to cheddars. We go in and ask for a table next to the window. The receptionist takes us to the back of the bar area, next to the bathroom. I politely say again, "no, can we get a table by the window?" And, by the way, they had plenty of open tables by the windows. She says they have bigger tables in the restaurant section. Well, okay. Not sure what that has to do with it but...lead on. We go to the restaurant side and we get a table away from the window. Apparently, I'm not making myself clear. "No, this is not next to the window." She responds, "we don't have anyone working that station." Then she turns and walks away. I'm ready to leave but the woman with me doesn't want to go. She says the food is great. Errrrrr. Alright. The things I do to satisfy her. We stay and get our food. The food was okay (kind of average) and the waitress was nice, but I don't understand why a waitress can't service a table by the window. It's an extra 4 steps! This is a failure of management. I won't return.

We placed an order for curbside pickup. We were informed by the app that the order would be ready at 6:56 pm. We arrived at 6:53 and ended up waiting for 25 min. After receiving the order we did a quick check and did not notice we were short 2 side dished until we arrived home. I returned to get the 2 items. And when I had asked why it took so long. I was told the kitchen was backed up with orders. I felt I should have been given some type of compensation for the long wait and having to return to get the items they had forgotten the first time.( if when they took the order they should have changed the pickup time knowing the food would not be ready. I like the food but things like this make it hard to go back or recommend.

I waited over 40 minutes for a burger and left hungry. The waitresses took forever to bring our waters and then ages to return to take our orders. Everything took too long - even the kids orders which we put in as we sat down. Then she brought me the wrong burger. I told her I couldn't eat bacon and she just claimed she put in the right order. Then she said how about some extra free honey covered buns - and proceeded to never bring them. After that I watched everyone else eat for 25 minutes before giving up and cancelling my order. The booth seats here had hard wooden boards instead of cushions and both my 9 year old and 5 year old cracked the back of their skulls on the headrests to add injury to insult. As far as dining experiences go - this was a complete bust. Please head elsewhere if you'd like actual food with your meal.

This has happened before, I use the Allen, TX restaurant. You have the same staff answering the phone, and waiting on customers. Today by the time they picked up to take my order, I had already parked the car. Dividing their time is a problem. If you have a separate room taking the calls, from the room waiting on customers, then the order will be taken quickly over the phone, and will be ready by the time I arrive at the restaurant. It is a big problem.

been so hot and I just didn't feel like cooking...decided I betta use a gift card I received for christmas. grilled chicken and pasta with broccoli is excellent. came with a piece of garlic bread and a tasty croissant. went to pick up order and I felt so sorry for the young lady that was delivering orders to cars...it was truly hot outside and her hands were full. She was very polite and courteous through it all. keep up the good work...hard to get good customer service in this day in time and when I do, I let them know it.

Terribly slow! Horrible service
