This company are full of liars and cheaters, this company makes people lose opportunities. They must be held accountable for their bad behavior managing our background's, I encourage everyone here to file a case with the CFPB and the FTC. The FTC will investigate and sue this mtfkrs if they get a lot of complaints.

They have cost me employment opportunities twice in the last 5 months. They keep reporting that my license expired in 2010, which is false. In 2010 I obtained my CDL, nothing "expired". They do not answer dispute emails and their phone number says they are too busy to accept calls. I'm hiring an attorney, as they are blatantly violating my rights under the FCRA.

They told corner shop I had some “funeral line violation “ that literally never happened in Arizona on a date that I was in St. Louis for over 2 months ! Then they create 2 background checks For Uber, Pass one in 30 minutes now I’m waiting day 3 for the 2nd one which for whatever reason I still need.. everytime I start a new company this company fcks it up what a waste

Slowest company in the planet. It's really too bad that if you want to make extra money your life depends on if Checkr ever completes your background check. A complete POS company that somehow got another 200 million in funding from venture capitalists by screwing over hard-working Americans.

I would give zero stars if I was able. My background check has now taking 30 days and it is still processing. For people looking for work 10 days is make or break 30 days is basically telling people you don’t care if they survive. I have children I have a family to feed and telling me that the hiring process comes down to the company I applied for but then also telling me that it may take 30 days is ridiculous. What company is going to wait 30 days for applicant when other applicants process is taking shorter time. I pass the background check with them six months ago I just don’t understand why it’s taking so long. You can’t get in contact with anyone and they sent out pre-typed emails. I filled out for an Amazon DSP

Absolutely sucks, can’t get in touch with anyone about my background check that somehow still hasn’t processed on day 31. Your customer service f**king sucks.
