Avoid Cheap Vuelos! I strongly recommend reading previous reviews before booking with Cheap Vuelos. Like others, I didn’t receive a confirmation number after several minutes of booking. I later found out that they never actually made the reservation or charged my card—something I confirmed with the airline directly. There was also no boarding pass, since they don’t issue them. The boarding passes come from the airlines, but without a ticket, there’s no pass. I verified all of this with both the airline and my credit card company. What Cheap Vuelos seems to be doing is upselling through fear tactics. They try to pressure customers into upgrading by claiming you won’t get an online boarding pass unless you pay for the upgrade, but the truth is, you don’t even have a ticket yet! They haven’t purchased one for you. When you call them, after your get the email that says "please call", they’ll try to sell more expensive upgrades than what the airline offers directly. They lure you in with "cheap flights" but then use fear to get you to book something that ends up costing more, especially when they say things like arriving 4-5 hours before your flight—an airport requirement that doesn’t exist for airlines. The fine print is designed to confuse and manipulate. They use fear to make you think you’ll miss your flight if you don’t upgrade for things like luggage or a boarding pass, but in reality, they haven’t even secured your ticket yet. I would not recommend this company. They’re dishonest, and you risk showing up at the airport without a ticket altogether.

I initially had some difficulty after booking my flight because after putting in Visa info, after about 20 minutes I still didn’t have a confirmation that my flight had actually been booked. That’s when I called in and spoke with Zane. He was phenominal and got everything straightened out with my flight confirmation etc. He was so thorough and helpful. Before calling Zane I wasn’t having a good experience with your company, but Zane completely turned that around in the most positive way. About an hour after speaking with Zane, a woman named Ruth called me. She had heard I had some earlier difficulties booking my flight with your site and she was following up to help me even more. What started out as a frustrating experience a few hours earlier as I described, both Zane and Ruth turned that frustrating experience into a “phenoinal experience”. I spent my work career as a Human Resources Executive and its people like Zane and Ruth who truly help make an organization great. Your company is very fortunate to have these two outstanding employees. They represent your company in a very professional and outstanding manner.

NEVER NEVER buy ticket from this web site. This is a complete SCAM. I experienced exactly the same terrible experience as reported by many. This cheapvuelos is very deceptive. I was lured by advertised low prices only to be told the ticket was extremely restrictive and the actual cost was higher. Provided no confirmations. They charged me $450 for cancelling unissued ticket confirmation. A big lesson learned. Don't get cheated by those fake "positive" feedback on this website. There are numerous bad stories on this company. Here is one example quoted from reddit: "Cheapvuelvos.com is a scam don’t trust. They will trick u via there website into “booking a flight” that will take u to a page where it’s being processed. At this point you’ll either call customer service or they will call u saying they have booked no non refundable ticket (they haven’t yet) and u have to agree to sudden chargers that will add a large amount of money to your total. DO NOT FALL FOR THEIR LIES If this happens to u: call ur bank Immediately and block the charge, don’t waste ur time trying to convince the scammers to give up, u can also turn off ur card while also blocking it. I do want to mention that month after this I still had the same card and the info was being used to make purchases that weren’t me. I don’t know if that’s from cheap vuelvos but I rarely make online purchases so it might be the safer option to get a new card! Hope this helps u guys!"

This company is not forthcoming. I, booked 2 tickets from Omaha to Nashville. I never received my tickets . They claim it takes 24 hours to send a confirmation email. They don’t allow any personal items. You need to pay double to take any items/luggage. The lady that I spoke to was extremely rude, and yelled at me .In short , there are many other companies to book flights with. Stay away , avoid Cheap Vuelos. My experience was not good!
