It was horrible bait switching, forced to pay a cancellation fee because now after reading reviews they knew the bank would be forced to reimburse us. I could hardly understand the staff. 0/10

If I can give it ZERO stars, I would select that. This is a total scam. None of the notes in their website fully discloses all the restrictions. I ended up paying triple what the posted rate is after much aggravation. Not worth it!!!

They are crooks. Please be aware and don't get scammed. They say one price on website after payment, I got a call that it's not guaranteed and I need to pay $226 more. Nothing, but scam.

Based on my personal experience, this agency advertises heavily discounted flight tickets to attract customers. After booking, however, they called me and claimed that I had received an “80% discount,” although the actual difference compared with the airline’s regular price appeared to be only around 20–30%. During the call, they first told me that I could not carry any baggage. I clearly explained that I understood this was a low-cost ticket and that I was willing to contact the airlines directly and pay separately for any carry-on or checked baggage. They then said this would not be possible. I therefore agreed to travel without any baggage. After that, they introduced another issue. They told me that because the ticket was extremely cheap, the airline might change the airport, flight time, or travel date. I clearly stated that I did not authorize any change to the confirmed itinerary. Instead of completing the booking as originally selected, they then pressured me to “upgrade” the ticket and pay an additional amount. In my experience, this felt like a bait-and-switch sales tactic: advertise a low price, obtain the customer’s booking information, and then create new concerns or conditions to pressure the customer into paying more. The amount requested may depend on what the representative believes the customer can be persuaded to pay. I am sharing my experience so that other travelers can be cautious. I strongly recommend booking directly with the main airline or through a well-established and reputable travel agency. A slightly higher transparent price may be better than dealing with unexpected pressure, repeated phone calls, uncertain ticket issuance, possible itinerary changes, and unnecessary stress. Customers should carefully save screenshots of the advertised fare and itinerary, refuse any unauthorized changes or additional charges, and confirm that an official airline PNR and e-ticket number have been issued before considering the reservation complete.
