Very tricky you guys are. Tickets are cheap. But you don’t tell people about no carry ons. Also non refundable. To me this is all a scam. I will inform all my family and friends not to book with you guys. The lady I was talking to tried getting smart with me. Non professional. I work hard for my money. I don’t expect people to take advantage of me

They chick you into doing the review , the manipulation happened while purchasing the ticket. when I showed up at the Airport to travel , my wall came tumbling down . American airline telling me I used someone else ‘s card . I was blocked from Traveling and under investigation using Catherine Card , Don’t even knew Cathetine . I just handed the Agent my card at American Airline counter They realized the card belongs to me. One of the workers took over my information . Consumer affairs need to closed them . They are big scams . It’s terrible . I need the money to go back to my credit card was debited 4times of 478.48 . They kept telling it was to the amount is credited to Account It’s posted 17644. I didnt even got the promotions that was offered . I need them also to refund to my debit card thru PayPal , was debit of 478 . 48 2times . People please be aware . When they called it showed up as scam calling . This is Horrendous. My bank and PayPal through Td is working on it Also . I had to use another card to make the purchase of a ticket 389.00 . Once they lifted the block I can travel . When coming back I got so nervous fearing it’s going happened again . God is controll 🙏🙏ppl use Skyscanner or American directly never had a problem I have using them for years . First time CheapVuelos now arrived this problem sad !!. That’s how you give ppl the benefit of the doubt

Do not use this company! I found and selected my desired flight. Entered my info and payment and received a booking number. Never received confirmation and checked with airline, no ticket or reservation. After many attempts to resolve with customer dis-service. Ended up with a flight on a different airline, different day with higher cost. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

I booked a flight for three people. They then called me and asked me to pay an additional fee for carry-on baggage, which wasn't mentioned at the time of booking. I was then informed that the original Air Canada flight was canceled, but when I checked the tour operator's website, the same flight was still available for sale... I was then offered an alternative with Delta Airlines, on the condition that I pay an additional $3,000, which was way beyond my initial budget. Worse still, they refused to refund me so I could book another flight elsewhere. This is a fraudulent site; don't trust them, move on, and don't waste your time and money with them. I blocked my card in time; they weren't able to take the money, thankfully.
