Beware!!!!!! I booked through this site a parking lot that had decent reviews (on their site) near JFK. When I arrived the lot was extremely sketchy and their “24 hour shuttle” only operated once per hour, which would have made me miss my flight. I was forced to use the regular airport parking at more than double the cost and cheapest airport parking.com refused to help or credit the $100 I had spent with them because “shuttle service is not included.” If I had to pay for a taxi from the lot, I may as well have done that from my apartment! Total scam, I will never use this company again.

Scam. Didn’t realize it until after I purchased. Contacted credit card company to dispute the charge. Don’t fall for their scam.

This company is a scam. I paid for seven days parking in advance through this company and my flight got canceled due to the weather. The parking facility reimbursed everyone who booked directly through them for the time they didn't use but said I had to go through this company because I booked through them. They refused to reimburse me although they are not being charged for the time I didn't use. You are better off booking directly through the parking company. Even the cost they advertise is a scam. Once you are ready to book that is when you see the added fees. Just a complete scam.

The worst experience ever! I’ve booked a parking lot by hotel through this website. The hotel doesn’t represent any parking service booked online. I did not receive a service. I finally parked my car by my friends house I asking this company for refund. Today is a day number 5th. I still e-mailing them every day and it unsuccessful They keep asking me to represent a different receipt!!!!! Looks like scam

If i could rate a zero I would. I contacted their support several times via email provided. Once they got your money, it's theirs. They show 'money back guarantee' that's a joke - on you!!! No manners or American way about them, just THANK YOU FOR YOUR DONATION!!

The price included complementary shuttle to and from airport, else I would not have purchased, much better to use long term parking at the airport. Sat in the cold waiting for shuttle, called Sheraton Suites Alexandria operator several times before connecting to a hotel chain customer service agent who also tried and failed to contact hotel shuttle or speak with anyone at Sheraton Suites Alexandria. CheapoAirportParking passed the buck back to the hotel… DONT waste your money and time with this (lack of) service…

This company double charged me. I scan the bar code in the email sent about details of reservation there. I did my part as expected, upon return I was charged again. They refuse to refund my money. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU HAVE MONEY TO THROW AWAY. WORST COMPANY EVER. I didn't think I to worry but I will not go without checking reviews first as I normally do. SCAM SCAM COMPANY

Online it says the shuttles are frequent and convenient. At SFO they only come every 45 minutes and there were 3-5 other stops before getting to the airport so the driver said it would take at least 30 minutes to get there. Almost missed my flights. Will never use them again.
