By far the worst parking experience in over 30 years of frequent travel. RUN.

Avoid Cheapest Airport Parking. We booked through this company because their listing explicitly stated that both parking and shuttle service were included. They offered several hotel lots to choose from, and we selected the Hilton Garden Inn.While they successfully took us to the airport, they completely abandoned us upon our return. Despite arriving exactly at the time specified on our contract, the location refused to pick us up. We were forced to order an Uber to get back to our car, and the company is now refusing to refund our $28 Uber fare. Save yourself the stress and just park directly at the airport. Between the hidden platform fees, service failures, and unexpected out-of-pocket transit costs, we spent significantly more money than we would have using the airport's official long-term parking lot.

We reserved a parking spot at Crown Express Hotel and were given clear instructions and the exact address. We followed directions exactly! When we returned by Shuttle to space our vehicle was not there. There was no lot attendant! This was at 8pm and after traveling all day from Europe we were exhausted! We called the police to report our vehicle stolen! We also called Cheapestparking(their office is in California) We were in Virginia.They questioned us as if we were in wrong parking lot! We were in correct area. They said they could do nothing without a Police report! We had the Police report # but have discovered that getting the actual report is cumbersome . The company seems concerned over the phone and through email but hasn’t really done anything to help us! As it stands we have very little hope in getting our Van back but at least expect a full refund of our ‘parking fee’. In trusting that this company was legit and honest we didn’t read the very small print on the sign at parking lot which says they are not liable and we were parking at our own risk! We will definitely park in Airport long term next time no matter the cost although I read that they are not liable either!

I live in Atlanta, Ga. I got parking at "Ramada Atlanta", your website says that the shutle is round trip(hotel-airport and airport-hotel) but, when you get to the hotel they said, "no return from airport is covered, they ask me if I want to cancel and find an other parking spot, I think is no fair because I paid for what your website says. I question the driver and she said, the hotel owner does not want to pay the sticker of the airport to pick up travelers. So I have to pay $32.00 taxi fare to take me from the airport to the parking spot at Ramada Atlanta hotel, besides the $82.50 that I pay to you. Very bad review to both of you.

Beware. I was told parking would be $15 and then got charged $28!

A ZERO if they had that rating! They are a SCAM!! Horrible, deceptive and extremely dishonest and rude! We booked and paid our parking reservation online and after we had to call to get a confirmation email! Upon check in we were told it would cost $7 dollars a day to park! I told them I already paid and had a reservation , we were informed that we couldn’t park if we didn’t pay again! Of course you can’t walk away, because you will miss your flight!! I called to ask for compensation and they said they would give me a $ 20 credit to use them again, NEVER!! There were also several people at this same parking facility who got the same scam deal!!

The parking lot at LGA doesn't even exist!!! I entered the address on google 127-40 Willets Point Blvd, Queens, NY and it took me to a very ugly place full of chop shops and NO parking lot! When I called for better directions, the guy just said 'google' it. There's NOTHING THERE!

I should have read the reviews. Shuttle is not reliable and the shuttle does not take you to the terminal. They expect you to haul your baggage on the sky train to the airport. THEY DON'T DISCLOSE ANY of THIS WHEN YOU BOOK
