This location is right next to the airport so it takes two minutes to reach your departure gate, it is brand new and clean, the shuttles are usually waiting once you get there to take you to the airport, and the wait time to go back to the lot is pretty short. There are just two things I would change: First, the signage on the front of the vans is hard to read because it is so small, so when you are waiting at the airport to go back to the lot, it is hard to tell if a QuikPark shuttle is in the distance and coming toward you or not. Second, the check-out process is just okay. If you have reserved online, you need to go into customer service to get your "exit" ticket to leave the facility. Since the office is small and there is no place to put your luggage, I usually go to my car first and then drive back down to the exit. But then I need to park my car while I go into customer service to get my "exit" ticket and there is actually no place to park your car. I usually just pull over to the side but feel my car is in the way of other vehicles, but a designated parking area would be great. I have never had a problem, and the customer service people are very nice, so I will definitely park here again.

We were in and out in minutes. I misplaced my ticket and wasn't charged. ALL OF THE STAFF WERE AMAZINGLY POLITE. WE have lots of family and friends who travel and we will be sure they all use Joe's! Thanks Joe's! !

Used the Marriott seal-park for the first time. I was impressed. Close and convent to the airport. Personnel were very helpful and professional. Rates were reasonable and the parking area is secure. I'll use the Marriott self park the next time my wife and travel. Highly recommend this service.

From the minute we pulled in to park our car, the staff was extremely nice. From the shuttle being dropped off, to when we get back into the shuttle back to our car. This place is NOT that expensive and they were totally worth every single cent. This is a great place to park

Took about 10 minutes to check my car in (only one person was ahead of me when I arrived). Another 10 minutes for the shuttle to come. 10 minutes to drive to the airport. They park the car and hold onto keys for the car. On the way to pick my car up, I waited 15 minutes for the shuttle. 10 minutes to the parking lot. 10 more minutes for my car to be drove to the front. Overall, it was a good experience. Obviously with outside parking you need to allow a little bit of time for checking in and taking the shuttle to the airport. Couldn't beat it for the price. Staff was also friendly.

We know the hotel quite well as we have stayed there many times. Never knew they had this service. Will use it again.

I made my reservation online in advance and then experienced some flight delays. When I called Joes to inform them the lady was very curt and quickly told me I would be charged more. However, when I checked out at the desk to pick up my vehicle, I was only charged exactly what I expected. I thanked the cashier and received a nice smile and come again. Great way to get my patronage a second time. Thanks Joes!

Little problem was because it is outdoor, and with Florida weather, it can ruined your car. But, place looked safe. Had my car for seven days and came back to how I left it. Drivers are real nice and polite.
