Very convenient, and super quick service. The people who work there are very helpful and it was overall a great experience.

We had never used a long term parking service before so we were very happy to have everything go so smoothly. Next time we will know where to go and not have to worry.

I was greeted and directed immediately upon entering. Shuttle met me at my vehicle within minutes and got me to the airport quickly and safely. The covered parking was a nice option and added a level of security to my mind while away. On my return the shuttle was waiting and got me right back to my vehicle the way I left it. Shuttle drivers were curtious and helpful.

Affordable and close to the airport. Waited less than 5 minutes for the shuttle in both directions. Very, very clean facility. Would use it again in a heartbeat!

I fly on the average two to three times per month and always park at the remote locations in the LAX area. I have tried most locations and for the past two trips I have parked at Sam's. The wait time has been exactly 15 min. every time I arrived which is very impassive since some lots had made me wait more than 45 min. The drop off and pick up has been flawless. so far I have had the best experience. Hopefully it will continue.

I had the best experience with Joe's. I didnt have to wait, and they even washed my car. Super convenient and great prices. I am always going to use Joe's.

Everyone was fabulous but the man who checked my car in valet was excellent!!! He was an older gentleman with an accent and if I remember correctly, beautiful silver hair!!! He had the biggest smile ever and made me feel safe, well taken care of and super special!!! I checked in Saturday morning around 4:30am. Please tell him how wonderful he made me feel!!! Thank you for hiring great people!!!! I'm so glad I found ya'll!!! I will be back!!!!!

We got there and they offered to Valet park our car for same rate since the lot was full and we had reservations. They took our car and the shuttle was already waiting to take us to our terminal. Very quick service and friendly staff. We were picked up quickly when we got back and our cars were already waiting for us. Great experience. Definitely park here next time.
