I booked a spot at Kilroy Airport parking center by LAX through cheapairportparking.com I thought I was doing a legitimate thing, and I was led to believe that these long-term parking options had ongoing shuttles for customers. Then I get there for the day of my reservation, the signage is terrible so I wasn’t even sure I was in the right place, and there was no shuttle to or from the airport. When I returned, I followed the instructions to press the help button at the exit gate, so an attendant could verify that I had paid, but there was no attendant there and none came out. Eventually, the arm went up without me, talking to anyone, but there was no acknowledgment that I was paid for. Ubers to and from LAX are exorbitantly expensive – they can cost you more than the parking – so this ended up being a high stress, inconvenient, and expensive option. I would not book through this website again after going through this.

Worse company don’t use you think your getting cheap parking but I’d rather pay extra to actually park on the ground it self so booked it over 6 months ago woke up at 4am to let them know I was on way to park my car turned round said oh it’s cancelled so I was panicking with 2 children in the car I spoke to the man on phone he told me park at the airport and claim the money back we had pay £112 to park I only payed £40 so I was out of pocket iv emailed complaint iv rang I get u will get your 40 back even though I was told id get the £112 back they ignored my emails just sent emails cancelled parking 2 days late

Cheap Airport Parking overbooked the hotel parking for the airport in Austin and was unable to rebook me at another lot. They were very rude and not helpful at all. Amazing how they debit my card immediately upon booking, yet it takes 7-10 days to get the refund!! Maybe they shouldn’t process payments until the service is actually provided. I’ll never use them again and will obviously advise friends and family to not use them, for what it’s worth. Very bad service.

Absolutely not what anyone needs, or expects. The whole situation is a mess. You’ll miss your outgoing flight, and will take longer getting back to your car than it took you to fly anywhere in the states. Stay away.

I wish I could give 0 stars. After I used them at PHL, I received an email saying they owed me money. I clicked the link, and they wound charging $100s to my credit card, information for which they already had because I never would have entered it. Clearly, this info was passed from someone at Cheap Airport Parking to the thief (the charge came from somewhere in France). Date given is when I received the original message, but I continue to regularly get emails reminding me I have a refund coming, and I keep reporting them as SPAM.

South Garage LAX -BAD EXPERIENCE! I booked this garage and had the worst experience, I had a late night flight and there was no shuttle in sight. Another person had been waiting over 30 mins. Waited another 20 mins and eventually gave up and called an Uber. Defeated the purpose of parking there. No on answered the calls and no way to leave a message. Exact same experience coming back - no shuttles and had to Uber again. I've used this site before and different garages with no trouble. This garage seems to be problematic

cheapairportparking advertises, "Lowest rates from $4.95 - Bob Hope Airport Parking." But when I wasted my time entering the required data for my trip, the rate was $16. I hate false advertising like this designed to lead you on.

Even 1* rating is too much as this seems a fraud company, all reviews posted online is fake (as you don't get any option to post your review after your trip) they always charge extra at the motel saying your car is bigger size than average $5/ day and even their 800 no. advertised, is sold to some pharmaceutical co. You can never get hold of this motel at their no. Worst experience inspite of ending up paying more than average parking rates!
