We were fortunate that upon arriving at the lot the shuttle was already there and picked us up at out parking spot, then after we got back from our trip the shuttle had just arrived so there was no wait time for us. There were a number of people waiting but I don't know how long their wait was. Again we were driven right to our parking spot, after loading up we proceeded to the exit and paid and were on our way with minimal wait time. The drivers were courteous and helpful and answered our questions. Will use this lot again... very good experience

We were running so late and the employees were amazing. Helped up unload the car and put all our luggage on the shuttle while we dealt with checking in and a baby. Pick up was quick and easy. Love this lot and always come back!

I used valet parking and loved it. I dropped it off, exited the car and got on the shuttle. Upon arriving at the lot to pick up the car was waiting for me. It' doesn't get any easier and the price is awesome.

I used The Parking Place JFK and it was a wonderful experience. From time of arrival to departure service was courteous. The luggage was placed in Van for transport at pickup which was only about a 10 minute wait. Upon return, I called at baggage Claim and my van ride was waiting outside of terminal for immediate transportation to my vehicle at their location in Richmond Hill. My vehicle was waiting for me facing the exit with the windows down and my luggage was removed from transport van into my SUV's trunk and keys handed to me. What else could one ask for? Especially for the price. Will definitely use again in future travels. This is very important to me since having 2 booster seat age children transport is a major concern. Having my vehicle is a necessity when taking long trips from airport to home.

Is the third year in a row that we make our parking reservation through here and also park our car at the same location. We always leave our car for three weeks and haven't had any problems. The service at this facility has always make it easy traveling with our children. Drivers unload and load our luggage right next to our car!! I feel confident recommending this facility to family and friends!!
