First time parking here. It was a little further out than I expected... but, everything went perfectly. I would park here again!

Have more designated spots for pick up for arriving international flights instead of going upstairs to catch the shuttle in “departing” flights.

Good driver on time good service all a round

Always a great experience with UVP. Shuttle comes in a timely manner. Driver always helps me with my bag.

Overall, very friendly and great service. Huge lot. Sinmple arrangement - the shuttle, elevators, and customer service window are all right next to each other. Location is literally right next to the airport, and they do try and leave every 10 minutes. So why not 5 stars? They seem to be smart when everything is going according to plan, but they are not critical thinkers when they need to adjust. The picture of the pick-up sign is. ot accurate at all; its an old photo of 20 yers ago (or at least a long time ago). The pickup signs are new - they are tubes hanging from the ceiling, they are pillars hanging mounted on the sidewalk. So when I kept telling them I did not see the signs, they kept repeating for me to "look for the red signs". I kept telling them I did not see the signs hanging from the ceiling/overhang and like simple-minded children they kept telling me to "look for the red signs" without explaining what they look like and where they are located... This is what distinguishes an educated professional from a trained robot.

There's not a lot of help available in the immediacy. For some reason when I made my profile with my email address it formated with a / an additional characters, so I never got an email. I was able to get into the parking structure but I wasn't able to get out. It was a big deal. I felt like I was being extorted and none of this was my fault.

Shuttle was timely and shuttle driver was friendly. Would us this location again.

It was an excellent experience. I arrived at the airport at 3 am, went straight to the reception and asked them to open the garage door for me and everything else was easy peasy!
