Great experience, time it so that you hit the hotel at the top of the hour, and depart the airport between top of hour and 20 after. Shuttle only runs that way.

Great place to park for lax and prices are great!! So easy to get in and out. Shuttles come so often so minimal wait time.

I stay at a lot of different airport parking lots. I look for the cheapest when I'm alone. When i'm with family I usually stay at the Renaissance. It is easy to maneuver and the shuttles are usually pretty quick.

When we were leaving everything was great, they had enough shuttles for us to take, no problem. When we landed at 2am, there was NO shuttles that were there to pick us up. We saw all the other shuttles drive through. We were tired, just wanted to go home. Not until we called them to see if they were coming, then they came and it still took them awhile to come.

The parking experience was mostly good! Covered parking, shuttles were waiting to transport us to airport. The only negative was the driver had a bit of a attitude. He was hesitant to help. He told me “it’s your luggage, you can lift it.” Upon return to LAX, once we found the pickup location (need more signage at airport) the driver arrived within 5 minutes and he was very pleasant and helpful!

Everything went smooth - fortunately I got the last spot in the lot I squeezed my SUV into by the skin of my teeth, lol

The directions to Canopy are clear and easy to follow. When I pulled in there was van available that followed me to my parking spot. The driver was friendly and assisted me with my luggage. He dropped me off at United Airline Terminal. When I returned, I followed the directions to where they pick up. There was a van waiting and again the friendly driver assisted with my luggage. He dropped me off at my car, got my luggage for me and left. The only reason for the 4 star rating was they need to pave their parking lot. It has some large potholes that could be filled. Would I use them again? Yes.
