Took to long to get picked up from Airport and it’s not the first time

If you're flying out of LAX, this is the best place to park. Fast, efficient and friendly shuttle service.

We were charged more than the reservation said was due at the lot. Pick up was lengthy, and the air conditioning in the vehicle didn't work, or they were trying to save gas.

Very easy parking process - I use the Seattle Marriott for parking everytime I fly out of SeaTac. It’s inexpensive, frequent shuttles to the airport (every 15 minutes) and the facility is BEAUTIFUL!

My drop of at the Hilton was smooth, but my pick up was a stressful and time consuming. I landed at 9:30pm and waited 45 mins without a shuttle pick up. I finally took another shuttle to parking next door and walked to the Hilton. I used valet parking because I arrived at night alone and wanted to feel safe. Next time I will park with more shuttles.

Fast, efficient and convenient. I would recommend parking at these lots to anyone. I avoided being shuttle to the ride share Lott and paying the rising cost of ride share. My vehicle was in the state that I left it and I got in in and drive myself self home. 10/10 service by all Employees

Love this parking lot. The shuttle left right away for our flight because there are multiple shuttles versus just one. At another one we’ve used before, we were always waiting for the shuttle. Also, the cashier was super nice. We are likely going to use this one from now on. A little more pricey than others but worth it in my opinion.

We always use SNAP parking and rarely run into an issue. With our recent trip, everything was flawless. We were received and loaded into the shuttle immediately upon arrival. Upon our return, the shuttle must have already been called by another customer, because it showed up within seconds of me calling for a pick up. The drivers were helpful and friendly, one even offered to clean off my car. We will definitely continue to use SNAP parking.
