I love your store/site, but hate that I constantly have to return stuff. If you guys offered a review section on your items, I can guarantee I wouldn't have to return nearly as much stuff as I do. It's a huge hassle! Having honest reviews from buyers on your site would be such a game-changer!

The store in Norman Oklahoma you have to watch when you go in there because I feel racist interactions with people and I am quite sure I make almost triple their wage I just order online or shop in the next City.

I placed an order. Received 2 out of 6 items ordered along with someone else’s 3 products. When I called to solve the issue, one of the products I wanted was no longer available, yeah-because it got shipped to someone else. When the order was replaced for the other items I was over charged for more than I had originally paid for the products. I live in Canada and was not able to return the products that I didn’t even order in Canada without paying! I had to waste so much of my time on the phone trying to solve all of these issues that shouldn’t have even occurred in the first place. The phone tellers were friendly and I understand it wasn’t their fault but I’m disappointed to say that I will never reorder again.

Great sales. Clothing is decent quality. Would never pay full price for anything, but $6 for a bodysuit or $12 shoes (during sales) can’t really be beat!

Ordered a pair of boots size 9 revived the package opened it and it was a size 6 in prom shoes i contact yall explaining they sent the wrong item and they said yea the boots were out of stock. So I guess they decided I rather have those I explain I don't drive so how am I going to return them when its not my fault they decided to give me a item I didn't want and they pretty much said to bad you can sit outside and wait for the mail man and give it to them or drive it to a store so now I have to waist more money because they messed up so now I have a item I can't fit in or want thanks
