I recommend this app I really love this app and also like the fast shipping

I love ❤️ Charlotte Russe

I had to cancel my order. I called customer service and they informed me that my items "got lost in labeling" and he would give me a full refund. he then informed me that I would have to log back in online and re-order my items if they were available (and they would give me a discount to the sale price I ordered). A complete inconvience as I would not have known that the items weren't sent if I didn't call. Completely unacceptable.

I love to shops with Charlotte Russ , the page easy to navigate, I always get my shipment on time. Love the trends and the quality if merchandise I highly recommend to my friends. Thank you

Like shopping dresses. The price is always tempting

Wonderful prices, quick shipping, and awesome products. I check Charolette Rusee at least once or twice a week.

My item was delivered earlier than it was scheduled. The order in process was super fast as well. I love my shoes and this store!!

Prices are good. Sometimes the sizing isn't as accurate as the size chart says. I've had difficulty using coupons and promotions you have given me.
