They are the best always have what I've been looking for

I would to say Mr. Shawn, (Customer Service Representative) in your customer service department is awesome. He recently assisted me with product availability. His tone was wonderful, and he was very customer friendly. I was very satisfied as he assisted me with my customers concern. Supervisor Sniqwa is awesome too.

Really love CR and shop there often as it is my go to store. My one little issue with it is that sometimes you have to wait quite a while for enough new merch to really be able to shop with more variety.

on time delivery- quality- great pricing

The shipping takes too long. My merchandise still has not arrived.

Charlotte Russe always provides excellent service. Their clothes are affordable and my go-to for an effortlessly perfect look. Every time someone asks "where did you get that?1" it's always a piece from C.R. The shipping is fast and I have never had a problem with their site. I will continue to be a loyal shopper.

Always have a great experience shopping Charlotte Russe. The items are as described and always get complements when wearing them. I have not had any issues returning items and getting a refund or exchanging the item. The sales are great as well can't beat them.

Came in right on time! Perfect fit! Love my stuff! 😍 😘
