Overall a good site, but I wish they would have a product review area

I thought everything went smooth. I had some items shipped at later time but I was never notified of this. Next time I have such a large order and items have to be sent at another time I would like to be notified. I was little worried about the items getting lost in the mail. Other than that the whole transaction was very smooth.

Online orders kept letting me purchase items and on 3 separate occasions my order was cancelled due to the items being sold out. Maybe you need a better system in place

Charlotte Russe is a great place to shop in person and online. Their clothes and shoes are true to size, cute, affordable. This is my literal favorite place to shop. However. The 3 Stars is for my shipping experience every time I order online. Their shipping and tracking is absolutely terrible. It’s never below 10 business days, and tracking takes forever to be updated. I had my expected delivery date change 3 times the last time I ordered. I know that standard shipping is “5-10” business days, but come on. At least give me the 5 once in a while.
