In the beginning I had issues with…
In the beginning I had issues with Charlie. Long wait times on phone calls. People unable to help or communicate clearly. I basically stuck with them because my payday came five days earlier. I have to tell you now that I stay with them because Charlie Financial has really stepped up their game! No wait time at all on phones. Easy to sign in and out. Well trained employees. Convenient ATM locations. Thank you Charlie. It was promised and you followed through. Sincerely, Pam

Charlie has improved my credit score
Charlie has made some critical improvements in my finances. My social security distribution arrives early, which allows me to pay late month bills on time. My credit score and savings have both improved. Thank you, Charlie!

Seniors Piece of Mind
Some one tired to get into my account but trying to change my banking information for my social security check. If it hadn't been for Charlie sending the email stating my deposit had been changed. I was able to call SS and catch the fraud before it was made. Thanks soooo much.

This company is by far one of the best…
This company is by far one of the best banking systems I have ever used. The employees are knowledgeable, very professional but are also kind when you really need their help. I have had NO bad experiences with them and I don't foresee any in the future that they can't handle Thank you Charlie Financial

Best online Security!
Charlie security envelope is even slightly better than my other online accounts..{ Chase, Wells Fargo and Morgan Stanley} Why? 1.When you sleep; Your account locked automatically! 2. Charlie's affiliated Bank "Sutton Bank"..is the Brink's of International Security. 3.Charlie...blocks international transactions. Without your Previous Approval...among other Confidential secrets 😉

Hello I can't get into my app because I…
Hello I can't get into my app because I can't get the code sent to my number. They tell me it's because I'm not subscribed to the site which this has been working perfectly for me so long and this is now all the sudden a problem okay it wants me to verify my identity every time I go in here and I can't get the code to go to my phone so if you could help me with that that would be wonderful. I need to be able to get in there on the 1st to get my social security money every month thank you for your help in advance
