Very modern furniture and appliances in a galley kitchen. We loved our view from the balcony and the proximity to the beach. I could hear the waves as I fell asleep every night. Also, the restaurants were in walking distance and it was easy to get to Charleston, so great location. No complaint and I would go back and stay in these condos.

Documents were ready with key to house when I visited the office. Everyone was very friendly and assisted with documents. House was clean. Toilet in hallway should be monitored for constant running. MBR bed should have a new mattress pad and sheets that fit. Remove window treatments. Dusty and outdated. New chair in LR. Old fabric, appears dirty. New table and chairs.

Thank you for your departure notes. We have a professional staff available to help with maintenance and service requests. We will have maintenance investigate the running toilet and provide the homeowner with the bedding & window treatment suggestion. We hope to host your next Charleston Coast vacation. Feel free to reach out to our staff directly so we can help you find the perfect rental for your stay.

Our 3 br condo was tastefully decorated and convenient to stairs, with a wider balcony than other units we’ve stayed in. Everything we needed was there. Kitchen was well appointed and bedrooms were comfy.

The house worked out very well for our family. It was in the perfect location and had many spaces to gather Your agency was easy to work with. While the house was well equiped, we were disappointed to find some basics like toilet paper, paper towels, pot holders and kitchen towels were missing. Not usually a problem with rentals

Thank you for your review! A starter pack of items like toilet paper and paper towels is provided but anything beyond that must be purchased. This information is noted in emails sent prior to check in, as well as on our website. We hope to see you and your family during your next visit to the Charleston Coast!

This was our worst experience ever!
This was our worst experience ever! We would never recommend this place to anyone. It has RATS. You can hear them running around in the attic. If you are allergic to dust, you will not be able to breathe in this place. You can see it on the walls, floor, and furniture. The heating system is terrible. Insulation in coming out of the vents, the bedrooms are too hot when the heat is on, and the living room is too cold. Furniture covers were outdated and dirty. The door going to the porch has a hook for the only lock. WOW, some security. It was terrible experience for all of us. We will never go here again.

We appreciate your review. The HVAC system was replaced in 2016 and there have been no reported issues since that time. The homeowner did replace the living room furniture after your departure. Maintenance investigated the door lock and found a proper lock installed and functioning correctly. The homeowner contracted a pest control company in regards to the critters and was unable to find evidence of any critters in the attic. We understand this was not an ideal visit and, although outside of our management agreement, did offer compensation for the dissatisfaction. We did not hear back after this offer. We do hope you visit the Charleston Coast in the future and have a better experience!

Very Nice Experience
Charleston Coast Vacations was very good to work with in renting a vacation home on Folly Beach. Everything was easy and ready when we arrived. I would use them again to rent a property.
