The rental of the property was easy and we found dealing with the company very easy. The property could use some updating and maintenance, but the view was fantastic!

We had a great time on our vacation to Folly Beach! The rental was exactly what was advertised, clean and newly remodeled. We loved the access to the beach and spent a lot of time hunting for seashells. Definitely would recommend and would love to book again!

Wonderful accommodations. Everything was clean and well kept. The balcony had a full view of the beach and was large enough to enjoy sitting out for the sunset. I would gladly stay in this condo again.

Easy check-in. No worries all week. Wonderful experience. I chose a pet-friendly place and was surprised how clean it was. I won't do that again, because taking the dogs with me turned out to be too much work. But the house was great.

The location, the view and the accommodations were wonderful with this unit, Couples at Cabana Blue. We did experience some issues though that affected our review. The first night we arrived we killed two "Palmetto Bugs", which is a fancy name for roaches. I reached out to management right away to let them know and requested pest control. I reached out again the next morning with no response either time. On the third day, we went in person to report it to the office and were assured that they would send out pest control. It was at that time that we asked if there was a laundromat nearby and learned that the unit had a washer/dryer downstairs for us to use. No mention was made of this on any of the documents we were provided at check-in or in the unit itself. It would be good for mgmt to provide that info at check-in. Parking for this unit is a little inconvenient when raining, as it's not under cover and you have to maneuver your bags around the cars in the carport for the other units, and then up the stairs. On the last morning we were there (Day 6), we killed a 4th roach - no pest control was ever sent. Quite disappointing. Other than that, the unit was amazing.

Thank you for your review. Palmetto bugs and other critters are common on our semi-tropical barrier islands. Each of our clients, the homeowners, have routine pest service and inspections. We apologize the pest issue was not corrected during your stay, however, by electing to rent a vacation rental property, it is important to recognize no guarantee can be made regarding the encounter of pests. We have taken your departure notes regarding a washer/dryer notice and parking and are addressing those. We hope to see you during your next visit to the Charleston Coast!
