ChargeBlast is THE BEST (literally life saving). I run an upper 6 figure high-ticket ecom brand, so 1 chargeback does ALOT of damage. Basically we were placed in NDRP by visa + payouts on holds due to a couple of back to back high chargeback months. At this point, I lost hope and was looking with working with another payment processor (even though I loved the one we had due to convenience and low rates). I stumbled across ChargeBlast (by then I didn’t even know it was possible to prevent chargebacks before they even happen.) So I was like sure, let me give them a try and see. Fast forward, our chargeback rate is down to 0% for the first month working with them. I cannot recommend them enough if your store is facing chargebacks/risk of losing your payment processor. We’ve had a very positive experience with Chargeblast so far. Noura reached out very quickly after our initial enquiry and made the onboarding process feel clear, organised and easy to follow. The team moved fast to get everything set up, explained the next steps properly, and helped clarify our questions along the way. What stood out most was the responsiveness and the practical support during setup. For an ecommerce business dealing with payment disputes and pre-dispute alerts, speed and clarity matter a lot, and Chargeblast has been strong on both. We are still early in using the platform, but the system looks well structured and the onboarding experience has given us confidence so far. Overall, very happy with the service and support received.
