Unfortunately, my experience with ChargeAutomation has been consistently frustrating. Every single month I have to manually chase invoices. There is no reliable or automated invoicing process, and I often need to book appointments or send repeated reminders just to receive a basic invoice. This is unacceptable for a company operating in the payments and billing space. As a business owner, I am legally required to submit VAT by the 20th of each month. ChargeAutomation is the only provider I work with where delayed invoices repeatedly put me at risk of late VAT filing. This month, the invoice was still missing even after the deadline. The lack of process reliability, automation, and accountability creates unnecessary stress and wasted time. Instead of focusing on my business, I am forced to chase documents that should be generated automatically. I strongly recommend improving invoicing automation and compliance processes. Until then, I cannot recommend this service.
