Excellent! I would recommend this company to anyone!

Good Company - I have worked with them over 5 years. I do wish that their support was better - I usually figure out the issue on my own before their support even answers. I also think phone support should be offer as Channel Advisor is very expensive as they are a premium platform. But when customers are paying premium prices, the expect premium service.

ChannelAdvisor has helped out business tremendously. They have been extremely responsive and their knowledge of the industry has helped us maintain steady growth.

Their platform is good and solves a lot of the friction issues in managing inventory and sales across multiple channels. API documentation is decent and relatively easy to code to. The algorithmic repricer works decent but could use some error mitigation. We still see occasional repricing issues where items get hugely overpriced for a day after a competitor drops off a listing and then come back down to reasonable levels the next day.
