Horrible - Didnt do all it said - There Shipping module is THE WORST - It took 2-5 min per order to ship - Then if you ship from Amazon or other market places you have to MANUALLY update the order on Channel Advisor/Rithum. Never got my facebook up. Took 6 months to get my pick list in order by location - They just take forever fo fixes - Promise the world and it doesnt actually work that way...1st 2 reps they gave me for setup YELLED at my and were SOOOOOOO rude. WORST EVER then they wouldnt let me out of my contract when it was clear it was going to not work for my business - Expensive and not worth it

Was a long time customer (over 5 years)…
Was a long time customer (over 5 years) and recently decided to revendor this portion of my program out. Requested I have a meeting the the account lead. Spoke with him told him we were leaving and he made it sound like we could get out just fine but then 2 weeks after asking he (instead of calling) emails me that they "had a internal meeting," and must serve the contract length out till its natural end date (4 months from now). Our company spent well over $100K with this company and they wont let me out of there agreement 4 months early. I revoked all access so they are legitimately just collecting money on an account they do not manage anymore. I do not for the life of me understand how they can legally obligate someone to a contract predicated on future services rendered. Shameful and to me showed there integrity as an organization. DO NOT USE THEM solely based on the exiting of this company as a ecommerce solution.

We had a contractual agreement with this client with a specified, committed contract term. ChannelAdvisor was fully prepared to service the account for the entire duration of the contract term. It was the client's decision to revoke access and forgo further service prior to the end of the agreed upon term. We wish them the best of luck and thank them for their business.

Channel Advisor Managed Services does…
Channel Advisor Managed Services does not provide enough time for their assigned account manager to be effective.
With ten clients to manage for each account manager and a 30 minute weekly meeting, this allows just 3.5 hours to work on your account each week. That is barely enough time for implementation let alone training. That is why their timeframe for most things 3 months is out.
Managed Services does not mean managing the entirety of your account. They manage only setup of marketplaces and actions within the Channel Advisor platform excluding the bulk data management.
Your account manager may not be experienced enough in your industry to effectively launch your marketplace stores. Our industry has a lot of MAP (minimum advertised price) policies and did not think to suggest a profitability factor for listings, thus causing our store launches to sell products that are not profitable for marketplaces.
So, do not expect fast results.

5 years later, still getting sales calls
Out of curiosity I made an enquiry with ChannelAdvisor many years ago back in 2013, to cut a long story short I decided using ChannelAdvisor's services would not be in the best interest of the business.
Fast forward to 2018 i'm still getting calls from ChannelAdvisor despite asking to be removed from any databases I might be on.
ChannelAdvisor also have the name of one of my colleagues and seem to alternate between calling us both... despite both of us informing ChannelAdvisor we're not interested and asking to be removed from any databases we might be on.
The negative reviews of ChannelAdvisor on Trustpilot and Facebook echo the many concerns we had when considering ChannelAdvisor. Looking back a few years this reinforces we made the right decision to use an alternate solution to integrate with Amazon / Ebay, which worked out 90% cheaper per year and gave us the end result we desired.
It would be rude to mention the names of alternative solutions here, however if your a small business i'd certainly recommend you do your own research before committing to a very expensive long term contract.

Over promised, under delivered
Over promised, under delivered.
I spent a great deal of time researching Channel Advisor. That is, over a year before I decided to go for it. The sales reps there are VERY aggressive, and will promise you the moon. I read tons of reviews that were very positive, like many of the ones on here. That leads me to believe that many of these reviews are shills for the company. The reps will tell you that Channel Advisor will handle so many of the problems you have been having. The kind of problems that happen when your e commerce operation starts going into the million dollar plus sales range and beyond. Balancing inventory between various marketplaces, creating master skus, repricing on various marketplaces, building variations on products across thousands of skus, listing products with huge amounts of variations... those were all problems we were having. Channel Advisor will help you get launched, for a fee of course. Everything is for a fee. Soon the numbers become massive, and you now have an incredible overhead added onto what you already have to cover. No problem you'll be told, "blank"% of Channel Advisor customers increase sales "blank" amount (insert huge number that seems overly optimistic for both). You'll be aggressively pushed to sign paperwork locking you into a very inflexible contract. Once that is signed, it will become increasingly difficult to get ahold of your sales rep. Now you are in the hands of the launch team. They were nice guys, I can't think of anything bad to say about any of them, but they were much more interested in hurrying up and putting things on amazon, walmart, ebay, etc than explaining their methodology or what would be the ramifications later. I ended up with disasters of listings that were suppressed, cancelled, duplicated on amazon incorrectly, and so forth. Sales actually went down. I went from spending time developing my business to spending 12 hour days just fixing problems within Channel Advisor. The repricer never, ever worked correctly. I had used Feedvisor before that, and it worked great. Channel Advisors repricer is the worst piece of software I have ever seen designed. The listing templates, while seeming to help productivity, didn't at all. Most of CA was about as effective as Terapeak, except that Terapeak costs about $180 per year, while CA costs thousands per month, depending on your package. In the end, I counted down the days to get RID of Channel Advisor and go back to other software that works better and has much better contractual agreements. I pay about 1300 a month now for several different suites, and I am very happy. I mention all of this not because I have a personal grudge against the company, its just that its not at all worth what they charge for it. I estimate that the value of using CA in the year 2016 was about NEGATIVE $35,000 to my company, all considered. Hopefully this review saves someone a year of their life.

Shocking business model and poor customer services.
We paid £1500 + VAT to launch with them on just eBay then £1000 + VAT per month subscription. The setup was ok, as we are familiar with inventory systems. But when it came to despatch - we were told the system couldn't do it and had use a third party system costing an additional £500 per month.
Was then told launching with Amazon would be an additional cost, scraping the data is an additional cost, as is launching on any other marketplace. I feel robbed.
They guaranteed a double in sales/turnover per month - instead, we saw sales plummet rapidly. We are now two months in and fighting for a full refund. Not a single order processed via them yet.
Usual story of a company promising to deliver everything but failing fast. Back to Linnwork for now (our existing platform).
UPDATE.
A month later after several called and emails they finally authorised a full refund. So an extra star for that now.
