Very hard to get incontact with anyone. Once you do get to talk they will most likely send you to a voice mail and will not hear from anyone one, after that, when you call you sit on hold tell the line goes dead. But if you call with a different # they will answer and then send you to voice mail. So there is no issue with the phone system, they just block/put you on a no answer list. They will not authorize even a 1/4 of the price on the parts as I have also seen on other post here. Also if you call, instead of pressing 1, 2, or 3, use ext 702-708 to get directly to people and be able to leave messages

This company has been so bad given it a one star is too much. I bought the gold plan for my Porsche Macan GTS and it came with free oil change vouchers and free tire and rims. It took me 8 months before I used both vouchers. I called every week after my claims and was told it takes 48 -72 hours to go back to my credit card. After a month I was told they couldn’t put it on my card and would send me a check. Two weeks later I received just one of the checks and my bank returned it. The bank said the account was closed that had sent me the check. It’s crazy that the company is in Colorado but the check was from an account in New York. I keep calling back but I can’t reach anyone. The phone just says you’re number 1 and after a few minutes it cancels the call. It’s now been 2 months and I can’t reach anyone.

I’m a current policy holder, stay away from this company. It’s been 2 weeks and I still can’t talk to the person that approves or declines the claims. Costumer service has told me twice that someone will reach out to me and nothing. My car got messed up and from all the parts that had to be replace only one part was suppose to be covered by them and even then my claim was denied. I’ve called over 50 times, about 40 of the times I’ve called it says I am #1 in line but as soon as my call reaches a 5mins wait it automatically hangs-up the call. I got about 6 more payments on my policy, if they couldn’t cover this simple problem how can I trust them that if my engine or trans will be cover in the future. Oh, and by the way, I have their top tier Gold Membership.

I had a claim and it was refused sighting it was neglect. It was a pan gasket, now how can that be neglect? Use caution if you're thinking of this company.

It was an absolute pleasure talking with Jack Taylor, Michelle Perry, Lawrence Andrews, and Tim Parker regarding the Champion Car Warranty for my 2015 Ford Fiesta. These four associates are sincerely interested in customer satisfaction. They had wonderful personalities, very personable, actively listened, extremely knowledgeable and provided prompt follow up. My vehicle is in great hands with Champion Car Warranty. Jack, Michelle, Lawrence, and Tim are definitely Champions in customer service!

Customer service is terrible. After 3 weeks of trying to get ahold of them dealership we went to finally told us to come pick the car up. Champion would put them on hold and then hang up. I did finally get ahold of someone, they said they were going to send them o.k. to cover that evening. I told them we had to pick up the car and had already paid for repair they said they would cover. Emailed them bill from dealership which was even cheaper than Champion said they would cover. Now it's been two weeks, can't even get email answer as to when I will be reimbursed. Beware, would not pay for their warranty. Now Jack Taylor won't even respond to emails

I CALLED SEVERAL TIMES AND THEY KEPT SAYING THAT THEY WILL FORWARD MY REQUEST FOR A REFUND TO THE FINANCE APARTMENT AND SHOULD GET BACK TO ME WITHIN A FEW DAYS! A WEEK GOES BY AND I CALL AGAIN AND NOW I CAN'T EVEN GET SOMEONE TO TALK TO ME. I KEEP BEING PUT ON HOLD AND AFTER 10 MINUTES, IT HANGS UP ON ME!!! THIS IS A SCAM!!! STAY FAR AWAY!!!! I HAD TO CALL FOR A CLIENT TO CHECK A JOB WARRANTY WE CALLED 5 TIMES AND THEY KEPY HANGING UP THE PHONE SO NEXT MORNING I CALLED AGAIN A WOMEN NAME MICHELL ANSWER AND WHEN I TOLD HER I CALLED 5 TIMES THE DAY BEFORE AND SOMEONE KEPT HANGING UP SHE SAID IM RUDE AND A LIER !!! I SAID WHY WILL I LIE AHE HANG UP THE PHONE ON ME !!!!! I CALLED AGAIN AND ASK TO TALK TO MANAGER SHE SAID SHE IS THE MANAGER I TOLD HER SHE IS RUDE AND SHE SAID IM RUDE THE WORST WORST COMPANY I EVER DEAL WITH. USALLY I GET SOMEONE ON THE PHONE RIGHT AWAY AND TELL ME IF A JOB APPROVED OR NOT BUT THIS WOMEN MICHELL JUST DONT KNOW CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!!
