The products are incredible and great customer support. My order was delayed, got contacted by customer support to see if that was okay with me and got compensated with a free gift for the extra wait.

I received a pair of Chamelo as a gift from a dear one and I absolutely love it. As someone who loves to go out in the sun, I almost always have my Chamelo ready, in my backpack. One great thing about Chamelo is that it’s absolutely versatile, I could simply pair them with my casual wear, or wear them while running! They fit just nice and are super light! The case protects my Chamelo from any external damages. Also, shout out to Thor for going the extra mile to assist with my queries!
Response from ChameloAug 20, 2026
Thank you for such a thoughtful review — and I'll be sure Thor sees this, that kind of specific shoutout means a lot to the team. Glad the versatility is working for you, whether it's a casual day or a run, and that the case is doing its job too. Enjoy the sunshine! — Jared, Chamelo

The glasses are fantastic, and the ability to dim is a game changer for me. The big negative was the time it took to actually ship them to me, but the support team was helpful. Update: I'm on holiday and they are fantastic; I would definitely get another pair. The dimming is hugely practical, especially when looking at my screen and walking between outdoors and indoors.
Response from ChameloAug 18, 2026
Thank you for the full picture — both the honest note on shipping and the update once you'd actually had time with them. The screen-to-outdoors transition is exactly the use case we hear about most, glad it's living up to it on your trip. We know the wait shouldn't have been part of the experience, and we're working on that. Enjoy the rest of your holiday! — Jared, Chamelo
