I have yet to receive my purchase. It has already been 7 business days, and I do not have any shipping information. I will be emailing tomorrow to cancel my order if I do not receive any shipping info. When I asked about it, I was told they are experiencing a high influx of orders and are experiencing some delays. They should not be advertising if they cannot keep up with the demand. UPDATE: I never received my order or a confirmation of my cancellation request. I sent an email to cancel my order. When you email customer support, you'll get an automated response about them changing their ticketing system and that there may be a delay in the response. I never heard back, so I had to call my bank. My bank credited me the money, and they dealt with them. DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. THEY'LL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND YOU'LL GET A CRAPPY RESPONSE ABOUT DELAY CUSTOMER SUPPORT RESPONSE AND IF THEY DO RESPONSE, YOU'LL GET ONE SAYING THEY ARE EXPERIENCING A HIGH INFLUX OF ORDERS, SO THERE IS A DELAY ON SHIPMENT WITH NO ETA. They most definitely need to stop pushing all their advertisements and stop receiving orders if they can't keep up. They are a bad business all around!

You told us on 3 July that you were leaving Germany on the 27th; we shipped after you had gone, to the address you had left, and then asked you to pay again.
