Hi Kai, we're sorry to hear that you're unhappy with our 1-year OEM warranty, which follows standard industry guidelines. Applicability: manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal, careful use. Upon reviewing the evidence you submitted of the frame detaching from the lenses, our product team has determined that the damage to your sunglasses has not been caused by a manufacturing defect, therefore we are unable to cover it under our 1-year OEM warranty.
