Discovered your brand. Looked. Loved a product and ordered it in a bundle. It wasn’t cheap either. It’s been a week now and my item is still being “prepared for shipping.” I’m half tempted to cancel right now. I need the glasses for work. I’d LOVE to get the product and test it but you have to ship it first! Two stars for the website and ease of use. If I actually get a product the review will get updated! UPDATE- Im extremely late updating my review. Chamelo has been amazing. They saw my review and immediately reached out. I didnt want anything for the inconvenience. Just my product. They were kind and remedied the situation and got my package sent out. The product? SO worth the wait and price. High quality, amazing materials and they’re extremely comfortable. I cant recommend them enough. I will say this, it still took a bit for them to ship my items out even after they reached out. I would give five stars for product and customer service. Four stars for the ordering and shipping process. Could be a bit faster. Either way, ill order from them again in the future!

Ho fatto un ordine un mese fa, di un paio di occhiali prismatici graduati …servizio clienti inizialmente assente, ma oltre ciò ..il mio ordine era in fase di processo da oltre un mese …probabilmente per via di tanti ordini .. Ma non potevo aspettare oltre. Ora mi stanno assistendo e credo che avrò presto un rimborso. Vi ringrazio👍🏼
