Attention !

Following Chamelo’s public response stating that a manager would contact me, the situation has unfortunately not improved. I was provided with a tracking number for an order supposedly shipped on January 7, but this tracking number does not work. Despite sending multiple emails requesting a valid tracking link or confirmation of shipment, I have received no response. Even more concerning, the refund that was mentioned has still not been received. Between an invalid tracking number, a complete lack of follow-up despite public commitments, and a refund that remains pending, this experience continues to be extremely disappointing. Public apologies mean very little when they are not followed by concrete actions such as proper delivery, functional tracking, or an actual refund. I therefore stand by my original review: misleading communication, lack of transparency, and unreliable customer service.

Horrible customer service. Their product is defected. It doesn’t work as it’s supposed to work is a nightmare to get in touch with them. I’m trying to get my money back and being difficult. Also, they never shipped my item on time. There’s so many things. I would never deal with this company ever again.

I have been trying to get in contact with Chamelo since 12-2-25 and no luck. Purchased glasses to give to wife for Christmas and it is now the 15th of December with no tracking or shipping information provided. When purchased said expected order to arrive in 2 to 5 days. Then a delay email said maybe 5-7. We are now on 13 days and no response. Website says 125 available, but yet mine is not shipped or given a shipping information. I have tried to call 15 times today no answer. I have e-mailed 2 times no answer. They do not list any other options to talk or get help. Need to improve overall custoemr service.
