Took me 3 days to put chair together. Sliding the back onto the chair is very difficult. Almost impossible but after grunting and sweating I got it put together. My cat loves the ottomon. It's a lovely chair. Nice and sturdy but there is not much cushioning in the chair seat or back. But I bought it for my cat not me and she thinks it's great.
Response from CHAIRUSMar 13, 2026
Hello Evelyn, We’re so sorry assembling the chair was such a tough experience and that fitting the back was extremely difficult. We really appreciate your effort in putting it together! We’re absolutely delighted that your cat loves the ottoman—her happiness is what matters most! We’ll pass your feedback about the cushioning to our product team to improve future designs. We’re always here if you need any help! Warmest regards, Chairus Team

Thrilled with how quickly I received my chair and I love how it looks in my bedroom. BUT my husband about went insane when it took him 5 hours to put it together. The directions were difficult and incomplete and some of the parts had staples across the holes where he had to screw into. I'm also happy with the price, but husband may nix any more products fro CHAIRUS.
Response from CHAIRUSMar 13, 2026
Hello Becky, We’re so sorry for the frustrating experience your husband had putting the chair together. We truly apologize for the unclear and incomplete instructions, as well as the staples blocking the screw holes — this should never have happened. We’ve already passed your feedback along to our product team to improve our assembly guides and quality control. Please give us a chance to make this right. If you need any help with assembly or have any issues, feel free to reach out anytime — we’ll do our best to assist you. Warmest regards, Chairus Team
