CGTraderReviews of cgtrader.com

Top service, friendly and really fast!

I had a couple of problems downloading, and then getting back into the site when I forgot my password. Very patient support solved everything and got me back to work quickly.

One bought for now, Problem with the asset I bought because of the saler export, CGTraders team helped me and fixed the issue.

30 % + additional fee. And they doesn't even promote your models. Fancy design and easy to use, but for what reason, this platform don't generate income at all.

First experience with CGtrader.. Lot's of high quality models and for a good price. I was nicely suprised i could pay by iDEAL which, for a person living in the Netherlands, is a welcome addition. I ran into a problem. But it was resolved within minutes when contacting support by email. Excellent site, excellent service.

Had just a few questions for (Judita) their staff. Fast response, straight/concise answers. Very patient with my silly questions too! Thank you!
