Scam artists.Do not buy stuff from…
Scam artists.Do not buy stuff from their website!!They don't make refunds for faulty items and innacurate descriptions.In my case I made a complaint and a forum thread as well as a negative comment and what they did is the next day they deleted my account so the comment and bad review be deleted.They didn't answer to my emails and they have been dismissive thinking they have power.Do not buy from this site...even when the seller agreed with me and I provided screenshots they went and changed everything to make it look like it didn't happen!Avoid by all costs!!!Even now the seller wants to refund me so I will pursue legal action

Hello, We understand this situation is frustrating for you, however note that the model you have purchased was checked by our internal 3D team both the description and the preview images are accurate. The model itself is working as expected and due to these reasons, your refund request was not valid. Your feedback regarding this purchase was inaccurate and due to that reason it was deleted. Due to false accusations to the designer of the model and unreasonable communication, a decision was made to suspend your account.

I used to be a very good customer of CG…
I used to be a very good customer of CG traitor, I purchased lots of assets from them and recently I purchased one asset that has many problems. I asked for a refund and they didn't approve of it. I feel that I been rob. So I recommend peoples to purchase your 3D assets elsewhere. Reply to CG traitor: Your model was VR And AR approved. To be able to do a VR or AR application you need to bring the model in a game engine, like Unity and that where you failed. And by the way, you lost me as a client. If they would just have refunded me I would still purchase thousands of dollars of assets in the future. They forgot that the client is always right and that on them. Greed never pays in the long run.

Hello there, Apologies for the inconvenience this has caused, however please note that the purchased model was not intended to be used in software you were using. We have provided additional files of the model that would allow you to use it partially, however since the model itself was working as expected and the information about the specifications on available formats was provided in the model description as well, according to our refund policy we found that your claim for a refund was not valid.

Judita was a star in facilitating my query. Glad we could resolve the matter of a purchase that had material issues. All sorted out, within minutes. Very happy with the outcome. I highly recommend the use of this platform for all 3D model users.

The website user interface is terrible
The website user interface is terrible. Very difficult to understand what's going on. I managed to upload a model for free download. It said the model was uploaded, but I could not thereafter find the model I uploaded. Slow server? Maybe. How would I know? The interface does not provide any feedback on a slow server situation.

Hello there, Thank you for your feedback. We are aware that in some cases the upload speed might seem to be slow as sometimes it may take a few moments for the uploaded model to appear, however as we are constantly improving our platform, such feedback is very valuable for us.

An excellent company to do business with.
The personnel of CG Trader answered all of my questions. I was impressed that they responded within a day. My designer Tonny N. was also wonderful to work with. I'm glad I joined and expect to make more purchases in the future. Success teacher
