The support service has always helped me.

I am a Seller at Cgtrader for 5 years. I really owe my career and financial stability success to Cgtrader. It was the only platform that gave me the confidence that helped me to leave my job and start working from home. Cgtrader always supported me at any step whether it's a customer-related issue or selling strategy advice.

Many models have broken format conversions. However, support has always fixed the problem within a few days.

Помимо огромного числа пользователей, очень важно, что сайт очень хорошо оптимизирован для покупателей, и имеет действительно удобный и открытый интерфейс. Саппорт быстрый и реально пытается помочь и разобраться, а не присылает отписки с ботов.

Been using the site for a couple of months. Some great sellers on there and its been a great experience. Had an issue with one seller with non communication and the site support team got me sorted with no issues. Can highly recommend. Big shout out to Agota and the CGTrader team and the fantastic job they doing even through the current pandemic.

Brilliant service as always. The CGT team answers almost immediately every time I've had reason to contact them and have so far never failed to fix my problem. This time it was a negative review left by a 3D print user that hadn't bothered to read the model description or contact me before leaving the review. Sorted within the hour. Thanks CGT!

I like that CGTrader is able to connect you directly with artists. However, I had a poor experience with customer service. I was given the run-around by Julius. (I requested a model conversion and didn't hear anything for days. When I followed-up with customer service, Julius refused to help.) Furthermore, they have a shockingly poor refund policy. I recommend going with TurboSquid instead, for the refund policy. Edit: CGTrader was given ample time to provide a conversion. They just refused to do it. If your customer service responses are one line, late, and don’t help the customer, you’re already doing something wrong. As for the refund policy: Good customer service isn’t a zero-sum game. You shouldn’t have to break consumer laws for your marketplace to work; that just means your business model is broken. TurboSquid offers store credit if a model or conversion doesn’t work out. So, if you’re downloading models, go for TurboSquid and get better, faster customer service, and a refund policy that doesn’t screw you over.
