CGTraderReviews of cgtrader.com

Great support, fast response and very good communication, thank you !

Support team is great, it does not matter if you need help with customers or have a different request. They act fast and fair.

I have been accepted as an artist on the Wildcat CG trader platform. It's a scam. Models are always flagged as errors even though everything is uploaded as asked with the necessary quality. Some lame excuses are used like (basecolor needs to be a bit darker, roughness needs to be a bit shinier) No matter how many adjustments you make it's never enough. At the end they get your models for free and you wasted time and money.

Great service!

Great, thanks for help!

Good CG platform-marketplace. I got a quick and friendly support, thank you very much!

I recently bought a model from a designer on the website who had a chair that had 3 different configurations/heights. When I brought the model into my render software it was as one object and could not separate the chair models individually. I reached out to the design author and was unsuccessful. I then emailed customer support and they were able to separate the chairs for me. Now the chair model looks great in my building model. Highly satisfied.
