Horrible experience & refund policy
We tested a few models from their free versions, it was good. When we bought the models, they were not the same and not in T pose. CG trader refused to refund (the same day we purchased the models) and the seller/creator of the models never responded to our queries. I would avoid at all costs to buy anything from CG trader as they lack customer service and they are also very rude. I received shocking messages from Judita who is from their support.

Hello Joe, We are very sorry to hear about the negative experience you have had in our marketplace. As per our latest conversation - you have been issued a refund after we have conducted a further investigation of your case. However, as noted, this refund was an exception since the model on which you were relying prior to purchasing with us is by the same designer, but from another website for which we are not accountable. Your original refund request did not meet our refund policy criteria because the model works as promised by the images and descriptions that are uploaded on our platform.
