Great for buyers, terrible for seller. I used to sell my sculpting on this site, however I got one transaction that was later refunded because the cardholder was not confirmed, and they refunded that order from the money I got from next order! When I contacted them, they told it is done automatically and they cannot control. That's a new way to scam people, how is it my fault that there was an error with that transaction? It basically shows in my sales that I should receive the money in the next month, and I received nothing. The support is terrible.

Fast and fair customer support. One of my models was suspended , for not valid reason. After reaching customer support ,it was restored within a hour. Overall CGTrader is one of the best platform for selling 3d models online. I can recomend to anyone.
