Consumer Education Services, Inc. is really great. I helped my girlfriend get all of her old collection accounts paid off over about a year or maybe a year and a half, and CESI handled all of the communication and negotiation with her debt collectors and account holders. After getting her signed up, my girlfriend stopped receiving delinquent notices in the mail and phone calls/voicemails from collection robots right away. CESI kept us up to date with statements every month and anytime you call them you find yourself on the phone with a real person in the USA pretty quickly. After getting all of my girlfriend's outstanding accounts with CESI, we just put her on a monthly autopay with payments she could afford and then she didn't have to worry or even give much thought to any of it from there. Now she's out of debt and we are referring a bunch of friends and family to CESI. We are totally happy with our experience.
