CESI really did help me get my credit on track. Without hurting me manage my others daily needs. I tried talking to people about the program. Right now things are difficult on all because of COVID-19. Maybe they will contact you all when things get better. Thanks Sandra

They said my debit didn't qualify. I have medical bills is all and they don't count but if you are irresponsible with a credit card and blow through your credit limit they will help you. Thing's like this make you not trust the system

Hi Randy - thank you for your feedback. We regret that our service was not a fit for your financial situation. The Debt Management Plan is intended to allow consumers with primarily unsecured credit card debt to participate in a program that helps them take advantage of creditor granted benefits such as lower interest rates and payments. Medical providers do not provide these same benefits under a debt management program. As a non-profit acting in the best interest of the consumer, we do not feel it is beneficial to pay program fees for debt management if the creditor isn't granting any benefits or savings. We wish you all the best.

The staff at CESI was very cooperative & helpful during the time of my debt consolidation plan. Never had any issues & the process became much easier after each payment I made. I will be forever grateful to them for helping me clear up that up, putting me back in good standing with my credit.

Customer service was nice but they didn't do ANYTHING they promised as far as my CC debt goes (After staying in the program for 3 months). They ended up costing me money. Don't bother with these guys. Pay it off by yourself.

Hi Katey - we appreciate your honest feedback and regret that your experience did not match your expectation. Creditors do not typically grant Debt Management benefits until after your third payment. This is because it takes time for all creditors to accept program proposals and for full benefits to be in place. Once benefits are in place, the program will typically take 3-5 years for the debt to be fully paid. I have passed your feedback on to our management team. We wish you all the best!

Worked closely with me and allowed extra payments to creditors, just needed CESI to know your new balance. Easy to work with and professional
