I found myself falling farther and farther behind making my payments on time. Then on June 2016 I was told that cancer was spotted on my liver so it had to be removed by oblation, but the damage was done. I then got told that we needed to get a liver transplant that the virus which caused the cancer, Hepatitis C that I contracted by a blood Transfusion during surgery to repair a broken arm in the 70’s I was left with no choice and the transplant is the only way that I could live longer. Fast forward to June 2018 I received my new liver all the while I was falling further and further behind. That’s when I found y’all and you guys helped me out with making sure that the payments were on time as you could imagine there was a lot to deal with recovery and life in general.So thank you for your help with dealing and getting my finances in order.

A couple years ago, my husband and I ran into some financial trouble. We tried our hardest to pay off our credit card debt, and it seems like anytime we got a little bit ahead, something would happen that would set us right back. I had talked with Nichole today and she helped me immensely. Took a huge weight of my chest by helping me put my debt into one payment and giving me some coaching on what to keep doing with the rest of my debt and also my credit cards. Before cesi I was struggling. But they help save me money each month. They don't also help you with the payments to your creditors they also give you helpful information on budgeting. They are great. Definitely go through cesi for your debt relief.

The staff was very friendly to work with. The log in page was at times difficult to log on, had to call several times to get into my account. Web page could be better. Overall they were helpful.
