This company is a scam
This company is a scam. AVOID! They deliberately design requirement of security questions so that you fail and get terminated from the course, having to pay for another course. They ask for 10 security questions when you register (why?, my bank doesn't) then require you to input one after each quiz (why, I'm logged in to the course?!). I did not get the security question right and got a message that I had failed security questions too many times (2-3, maybe; oh you do get 1000 tries on the quizzes) and I would have to re-register and pay again! I was through 8 of 9 modules and logged in when this happened, so 7 hours of the required 8 hours. This is absurd. Customer Service was useless. I am contacting the state DMV and AAA to alert them to this scam.
