Great customer care
First of all to get a company on the PHONE and speak to a live representative is a miracle in itself. I was having trouble setting up my customer profile. Carol was amazing, helpful, patient and most of all Kind. It reminded me of the good old days when customer service was at it's finest. Please see that Carol is recognized. Thank YOU
