Same as most reviews. This is either a scam site or so poorly maintained that there is zero communication with the purchaser. Item paid for 17 days ago was indicated one in stock. Item has been awaiting a carrier for transport every since. ZERO response from all forms of customer service. BUYER BEWARE OF PURCHASING FROM Certified Parts.com.

My experience seems to be like the rest. I'm three weeks into the order. The had sold 60 and had nine in stock. I was told one time it was going in the mail that day (should have been my warning sign). The second time was told that the product was inbound. Gee... They advertised it was in stock. Based on what I see here, it's surprising I even got those lying responses. Time to call the credit card company.

If I could rate them minus 1 million, I would. Buyer Beware - Never shop with them! There is no customer service. April 18 – Order placed for Glass Microwave table $44.00 and Turntable Coupler $11.95. Total order $55.95. April 25 – Order received. Turntable Coupler was missing from the box. I tried to call Certified-parts as they stated that they had 24/7 support. They were closed. I suspect that they never had the part when I placed April 27-29 – I called their number on the pacing slip in the box 20 times. No one ever answered the phone. After a few rings, a recording comes on stating that all reps are busy and it directs one to the site for on-line chat. I tried on-line support which also states that all resp are busy and to leave a detailed message which I did 3 times. I never received a confirmation that they were received. 4/28 – I emailed the CEO J Grafft hoping that this would escalate my issue. I never received a response. 4/29 – I decided to check my original email order confirmation and saw an address to email support at. I sent an email. 4/30 – I received an email confirmation (with ID Ticket #7855) that they received my complaint and that the team was reviewing it. No indication of how long it would take. 5/1 – I sent a follow up email to check on the status of my ticket and received no response. 5/6 – I contacted my credit card company to file a dispute. 6/12 - My credit card company informed me that the dispute was resolved. A credit of 11.95 was posted to my account

Like the others posting here (I wish I had checked here prior to my order) - I am now two 6 weeks in on my part which was showing in stock. I even received confirmation it was received by shipping and going out, but never a tracking number sent. Emails just result in a 'ticket' being created. Chat online, says they're there, you get connected, and ... you're asked to email. Calling tomorrow for refund. I should have bought this part on ebay. why does this company have good google reviews?
