My entire Certapet experience has been great. They are a very professional organization throughout. It's nice to know that I have the ability to take him with me anywhere if I have to fly at last minute or when I lease a new place to live. I haven't had to actually use it yet but it gives me incredible piece of mind that I won't be separated from my EMS unnecessarily.
