Such a great experience with CertaPet! All anxieties of being able to register my dog as an ESA and be able to have my pup along side me as I traveled immediately disappeared after communicating with CertaPet. I am going to recommend this site as much as I can! They even helped me with extra forms that American Airlines was requiring, and returned the necessary documentation to me within a day!
