I have been in search for a a place that will help me get a letter to support my ESA dog and myself. I have repeatedly run into web sites full of promises but found only dead ends. The people at CertaPet are rock solid in their support. They are here now for me and I know they will always be there for me. The people I have had contact with at CertaPet have been a HUGE help for me. As a veteran of the Iraq and Afghanistan war this is extremely important to me. Cannot thank them enough.

Really professional and easy to use service with transparency around what you get. The process was smooth and quick if you make sure you provide enough information for the assessment to be conducted without follow-ups - so I would recommend being diligent with the questionnaire to save time later. The contextual information was also educational and helpful throughout.
