I received a letter to fly with my pet last year and have used it many times (about once a month) successfully, with no issues from the airlines. When I needed additional forms (which you do have to pay extra for, but I believe is worth it, given the doctor's time and processing that is needed), they were done very quickly and with all requests met. I will definitely continue to use CertaPet for my ESA letter needs in the future.

If you have a problem, just open a ticket! My dean (illegally) denied my ESA letter since I had never met my therapist in person. CertaPet did their best to help me and sent me lots of information to send to the dean stating that it was illegal to do such a thing. Even though he didn’t budge and I got another letter elsewhere, CertaPet gave me a refund which I really appreciate. Therapy is expensive!!! All of the people who helped me were knowledgeable and kind and always followed up with me. I really appreciate the time everyone took to help me get situated.

I have used CertaPet for the past two years and would recommend them without hesitation. In my experience, the process moved along efficiently from initial request to conclusion. The mental health questionnaire is extensive - as one would expect it to be in order to provide them with needed information, the price is fair and I have found their customer service to be quick and responsive. I use the letter solely for flights with my esa and have never had the slightest issue with the airlines. I cannot speak to other uses, e.g. landlords , etc.

Needed paperwork very quickly when changed airlines out of Hawaii. The response was rapid and timely. Airlines have implemented additional paperwork for emotional support animals starting May 1 depending on airline. Certapet quickly downloaded the proper form for me when I had difficulty doing it and information filled out by psychologist quickly even though she was in middle of family emergency. Have found Certapet to be very responsive to my questions and needs. Would highly recommend them.
